Description
This is a 3×5 polyester flag of the state of New Mexico. The flag has 2 grommets on the left side for easy display indoors or outdoors. The flag is red and yellow with the ancient Zia sun symbol at center. Four groups of 4 points radiate from the circle of the Zia sun symbol. These rays represent the 4 cardinal directions, 4 seasons, 4 phases of day (sunrise, noon, evening, night), and the 4 seasons of life (childhood, youth, adulthood, old age). All these things are part of the circle of life.
