Description

Our 18ft inflatable tube man is made of a polyester mesh that holds up well to outdoor conditions. This tube man is completely customizable, you can change the color of the body to be whatever you’d like! You can add your logo, images, or text to really get your message across. This tube man DOES NOT come with hair or arms, just the fully customizable body. This tube man is great for outdoor events as its overall height is 20ft. This tube man can be used for parties, sporting events, festivals, or for businesses. The tube man itself is 18ft tall and when placed on its blower, will stand at roughly 20ft. The blower is 18 inches in diameter and can be plugged into any standard outlet. These blowers are not battery powered, so you will need the plug them in. These blowers are not all-weather and cannot get wet. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on custom items. Once you approve the design, it is final. We do not have a warranty on any of our products, but we do offer some free repairs if the damage isn’t too severe.

ORDERING CUSTOM TUBE MEN

For our custom tube men we offer a variety of sizes! We have 6, 10, and 18 feet. 

The diameters vary by the sizes. 

  • Our 6-foot tube man is a 9-inch diameter.
  • Our 10-foot tube man is a 12-inch diameter. 
  • Our 18-feet tube man is a 18-inch diamater. 

Our custom tube men are double-sided by default! However, you can get a different front/back.

Our stock tube men have the same design on the front and back!

Yes it is! Just fill out a free design request.

We send proofs and make changes as requested. Each time we send a proof and require approval.

Of course! We offer templates on our site in Photoshop and Illustrator. Just make sure you do not
change the templates. These are ready to go and use.

You can pick the wording, text, colors, and add logos plus much more! For example, we have printed characters onto the body of the tube men!

Yes you can! Just keep in mind that the photo does need to be a high resolution.  The tube man is also a little narrow. If you’re not sure if it
will print email our team at sales@featherflagnation.com

The best file type is vector. This can be .ai/ .eps/ or .svg/. If you do not have any of these formats email
our team with what you have and we can check it out for you.

We do not charge by the letter or color! We charge based on the size of the flag and hardware.

ABOUT HARDWARE

Each tube man has a different sized blower depending on the diameter. 

  • Our 6-foot tube man is a 9-inch diameter.
  • Our 10-foot tube man is a 12-inch diameter. 
  • Our 18-feet tube man is a 18-inch diamater. 

The blowers are not intended for use in the rain or for water. Some companies may say the blower is waterproof, however, the tube man is unable to stay up during rain. 

ABOUT TUBE MEN

Producing 1-3 tube men typically requires 3 business days. However, for specific styles like the arrow tube man or the two-legged tube man, a minimum of 1 week is needed for each unit.

Tube men lifespan can vary greatly depending on various factors. Out here in California the flags fade faster.
Because of this we say that flags typically last 6-12 months. However, we have had customers who have had their items for years. 

Yes, we do offer rush production. Cost is determined upon what it is your ordering, the quantity, and how quickly you would need them done. Email your designer for more information.

We can also do rush shipping. To do so, you have to send us an email at sales@featherflagnation.com. Please include your complete shipping address, the items you need and quantity, and the date needed by. You will hear back the same day if the order is placed within business hours. 

Our products do not come with any warranty. Because these are intended to be used outdoors, it is hard to predict what may happen. The better you take care of your flags, the longer they’ll last. We suggest bringing them inside during inclement weather, at night, or if it gets super windy.

We only offer repairs on CUSTOM items. If your order is within 6 months, we can offer free repairs. We mainly do repairs on our flag sleeves. If the rip is in a different location, please send us an email at sales@featherflagnation.com to see if we are able to make the repair.

ABOUT SHIPPING

Custom items ship from Riverside, California. However, if your order contains stock or hardware, we may split the shipment, sending items from our warehouse in Georgia.

Depending on the size of the order we ship with USPS and UPS.

If you order before 10am PST on a business day it will most likely ship out that same day. If not it will
ship out on the following business day.

This really varies by state. For the most part it is 3-5 business days.

Yes we do! However, it is not our site. For that you will need to email us with your billing, shipping, and
order information. We will then send you an invoice with the quote information.

We send tracking numbers 24 hours after the products ship. Usually this goes to your spam or junk box.

If you to change your address please call us as soon as you can. If the order has not left our facility we
can change it. However, if USPS or UPS already has the package fees will apply. If the package is already
out for delivery we are unable to make any more changes.

Once you get your items make sure you open it as soon as possible. You only have 5 business days from
when you received the items to let us know if something is wrong. If there is something wrong please
send our sales team an email at sales@featherflagnation.com with a photo and your order number.

ABOUT RETURNS

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on custom items because they require approval before being
sent out.
